Low Sugar       Low Sodium       Raw Nuts

I begin with the freshest raw almonds, cashews, raw pecans & pure Vermont maple syrup. The nuts are then tossed gently in raw organic cane sugar & organic spices (all sugar and spices are fair trade).

I work in 12 lb. batches and use only 1 cup of organic cane sugar.
