NOW, more than EVER it’s critically important to shop local and support your local makers, food producers and farmers and I am very proud and honored to be a part of Vermont's Farmers’ Markets! They are a wonderful place to:

• shop for your weekly groceries - Organic farm raised meats (lamb, chicken, pork, beef, sausages), eggs, veggies, fruits, cheese, wine, honey, syrup, jams, pickled veggies, European style breads...

• find a marvelous new Vermont Food Product - granola, soda, baked goods, hummus, salsa, vegan breakfast patties and master sauce, pasta sauce, salad dressing...

• shop for a gift from amazing Crafters - cards, paintings, wool products, pottery, ceramic tiles, children's clothes, handbags, jewelry, iron work, dried flower arrangements, dog and cat toys...

• bring the family for lunch - organic burgers, Bosnian food, Asian food, vegan food, tamales, samosas, Indian food, cookies, root beer floats...

• plant your garden - seedlings, flowers, hanging baskets, herbs, veggies, fresh cut flowers...

I just can't say enough about how wonderful these markets are and how varied the items for sale are! Where else can you buy amazing products and actually meet the person who created it!
